FAMOUS FAMILY RECIPE SERIES

RECIPE #35 HOT DOGS AND CHILI BEANS

Hot Dogs are made of various meats and contained in a membrane sleeve of some kind. It is best not to know the exact ingredients and to just enjoy them boiled, grilled, fried or raw. They may be cut up and added to other dishes or eaten as one whole tube either on a Hot Dog bun or wrapped in a slice of white bread. Chili Beans may be eaten on the Hot Dog (Chili Dog) or as a side dish. Very versatile food.

Ingredients:

One Package of Weenies (Hot Dogs)
One Package of Hot Dog Buns
Various Condiments: Yellow mustard, Ketchup, Green Pickle Relish, White Onions

1 15 oz. can Chili Beans

Instructions:

Boil the Weenies, or Grill or Fry them and make a Hot Dog. Add Condiments and Chili Beans.

Weenies may be sliced long ways and fried to make the best sandwich you ever tasted! Or they can be chopped for Sauerkraut and eaten raw if desperate. Or, just add them to anything Asian, Mexican, Italian, or French, Pasta, whatever… and they help with gaining full flavors. They are truly a Universal Food.

They pair well with Potato Chips, Fritos, Chili, Beans, and Sweet Pickles, Green Olives, Coca Cola, Sweet Tea, Brownies and Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.

I don’t share these recipes with just anyone.
