THE TRINITARIAN PRAYER

In a dream I saw “The Trinitarian Prayer.” It went like this:

Place your thumb between your forefinger and middle finger…Pray to the Father

Place your thumb between your middle finger and ring finger…Pray to Jesus the Son

Place your thumb between your ring finger and little finger…Pray to Holy Spirit

I have used this method of prayer many times since I saw it in my dream. I find it especially helpful sitting in silence, meditation or contemplation or quietly driving.
