“Worthy are you, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for you created all things, and because of your will they existed, and were created.” (The Revelation of Jesus Christ 4:11)
Not only is the “Lord worthy to receive glory and honor and power” but he is even if we don’t think so or act so. All the angels think he is worthy.
The Psalist finishes the last line of the last Psalm with, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” (Psalm 150)
