THE CALLING # 4

“The God of all grace, who has called us to His eternal glory through Christ Jesus, will restore, support, strengthen, and establish you.”
(1 Peter 5:10)

We have four things the Lord (“The God of all grace”) has promised us in our calling:

– He will restore us: return (someone or something) to a former condition, place, or position.

– He will support us: to bear all or part of the weight of, hold up or give assistance.

– He will strengthen us: to bear all or part of the weight of, hold up or make more effective.

– He will establish us: to make firm or stable, to introduce and cause to grow and multiply. To gain full recognition or acceptance. (Oxford Dictionary)
