SPIRIT IT OUT

To ‘flesh something out’ is a common phrase we use meaning to provide more information about something. It is to make it more complete by adding more details or explanation. For example: “Would you flesh out your plans for the barn building project?”

Perhaps it would be in order to ‘Spirit out’ our plans and ideas the same way. I think there could be at least three ways: To simply ask the Lord for more details, to study and meditate on Scripture and by careful prayer and supplication. This seems to be the way we might ‘spirit something out.’
