THINK ON THESE THINGS
The apostle Paul wrote to the church in Philippi these words:
“Finally, brothers,
whatever is true,
whatever is honorable,
whatever is just,
whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely,
whatever is commendable,
if there is any excellence,
if there is anything worthy of praise,
think about these things.
What you have learned
and received
and heard
and seen in me
practice these things,
and the God of peace will be with you.”
(Letter to the Philippians 4:8-9)
All of these things are the ways of the Kingdom rule and reign of the Father for us his children.
“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.” Jesus
