NICE WAY TO SAY LIAR
‘Samuel Bankman-Fried, also known as SBF, was founder of FTX crypto currency exchange that he founded and stole $8 billion from his customers,
was sentenced to 25 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $11 billion in forfeiture for his orchestration of multiple fraudulent schemes.
When he went before the acerbic Judge Lewis Kaplan and the judge laid out his reasons for the sentence, starting with a big one: perjury. Kaplan said that Bankman-Fried lied to jurors during the trial and intentionally obstructed justice. The judge also cited the defendant’s apparent lack of remorse and “exceptional flexibility” with the truth.’
That is about the best definition of a liar and lying I have read or heard: ‘apparent lack of remorse and “exceptional flexibility” with the truth.’
Exceptional flexibility with truth: What a nice way to say lair.
