LOVE AND BEAUTY REDEEMED
Presentation by the People of the Pageant (the believers) is ever a redeeming love and beauty, and so it can respect and esteem the sinner. We have no choice but to follow the examples of Jesus in this regard. He presented to prostitutes, tax collectors, politicians, religious leaders, fisherman and the everyday person. He said to the religious leaders, “I assure you, corrupt tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the Kingdom of God before you do. For John the Baptist came and showed you the way to life, and you didn’t believe him, while tax collectors and prostitutes did. And even when you saw this happening, you refused to turn from your sins and believe him.”
This redeeming presentation can recognize that all of us are still undergoing the process of being redeemed and formed into something new and fresh and beautiful. This loving and presenting can respect and give dignity to those being redeemed no matter how degraded they may be, because those of The Pageant know they can be changed and will be changed by love into sons and daughters of God—Sonship. Only a people filled and driven by the Spirit of God can love and present in this way.
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Jesus
