GETTING ENTHUSIASTIC

According to scripture if we are believers in the Lord Jesus Christ “we are enthusiastic.” The word “enthusiasm” was derived from the Greek adjective entheos, meaning, “having god within or possessed by god’s essence.”

The Bible says:

“And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” (Romans 5:5)

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 6:19)

“And what union can there be between God’s temple and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God said:
“I will live in them
    and walk among them.
I will be their God,
    and they will be my people.” (2 Corinthians 6:16)

I feel more enthusiastic than ever. The place to look for God is in Jesus and the Holy Spirit and they are both within us. The search is over.

“I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.” Jesus
