This falls into the snack or meal categories of recipes and a wonderful snack or meal it is. The option here is Cornbread and Buttermilk (or the option of Sweet Milk and Saltine Crackers or Cornbread).
Ingredients:

1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers (or Cornbread)
Directions:
Crumble the Saltine Crackers (or Cornbread) into the Glass of Buttermilk and eat with a long handled (iced tea) spoon. Keep adding Saltine Crackers until the Buttermilk is all gone. They rarely come out even.

This pairs well with a couple of Fried Apricot Pies.
