DAILY WORKOUT
A daily workout just becomes a routine that is part of a normal day. That is…if one has been doing a workout for a considerable time. Otherwise it is just a ‘one of these days’ ideas that comes and goes…usually goes.
As a person gets older a lot of things start to change in both body and mind workouts. For example:
It’s scary when our joints start making the same noises as our coffee maker.
These days about half the stuff in my shopping cart says, ’For fast relief.’
I don’t even buy green bananas.
“As you age, your brain cells start to die off. But don’t worry, you won’t miss them.”
“The older you get, the more you realize that you don’t need a lot of friends, just a few good ones…who can help you get up off the floor.”

That’s just some thoughts and here’s another:
What ever happened to all the avocado seeds suspended by toothpicks in a glass of water?
Are they now avacado trees? I just don’t know.
I’m doing OK, no, really, I am. I’m head over to the other side of the Pond for Cuban Coffee and Flax Seed Nitrition Bars if I remember where I put them.
