CONSIDERATIONS IN SILENCE
– We need to become as quiet, unnoticed and necessary as a hot water heater… but just as needed.
– We light a thought and wait for it to glow…or go out.
That seems to be the way of quiet thoughts.
– We have to ‘study our self to forget our self.’ Otherwise our prayer and meditation will be about our self.
– The older we get the less we look at things in the long run…
– Feeling like the middle step of a ten-foot ladder…
– Horses and cows are vegetarians…
– There’s no room to pour anything new into a full cup.
– Jesus said…. Behold I stand at the door and knock…. The door has a peephole and we can look and see if we want to open it or not…. It is our choice.
– 30 minute recipes take four and half hours to prepare to make in the ‘thirty minutes’ cook time…that is after a person julienne’s the carrots and such…
– “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes—including you.” Anne Lamott, author.

“He who rejects me and does not receive my sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day.” Jesus
