BRAIN BLANKS
When our brains have a wire or two that comes loose and we do strange things and make weird decisions these are called Brain Blanks. (i.e., like going out and buying a poor little Turkey Chest for dinner and thinking it was the right thing to do.) No one knows for sure what causes Brain Blanks.
I have some theories about what might cause Brain Blanks to happen. One, is when a person is reading or looking at their little phone, or watching TV or videos they are perhaps not listening well to the logic side of their brain if indeed that person has a logic side to their brain. No matter, the distraction is a form of not listening. If one is not listening it doesn’t matter what you or anyone else is saying.
Many other things might cause Brain Blanks such as stress, exhaustion, lack of sleep, anger, depression, not enough Cuban Coffee, too many Serrano chilies, or just feeling sorry for oneself.
The solution could be: Be present now… that’s where everything is happening. If this happens one would rarely, if ever, go out and purchase a poor little Turkey Chest like it was normal and actually intend to eat it or even think about such a thing. Brain Blanks cause these events. We must be vigilant to erase and renew our mind when necessary.
