As of December 2024, the U.S. national debt was $36.17 trillion. This is the total amount of outstanding borrowing by the U.S. Federal Government. Thirty-six trillion = 36,000,000,000,000

I am not concerned about this anymore because I recently read that there is plenty of zero numbers out there for us to keep borrowing: ‘We call 1,000,000 a million, 1,000,000,000 a billion, 1,000,000,000,000 a trillion, 1,000,000,000,000,000 a quadrillion, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 a quintillion, and 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 a sextillion.’ (Dictionary.com)

So, not to worry. But we do need to get our Income Tax in as quickly as possible.
