WHAT IS, WILL BE #1
We like to grow things. Roz and I grow flowers, vegetables, shrubs, trees, spices and ground cover, grass and all kinds of stuff. It is a great joy for us to grow things. We know from experience and scripture that when we plant… what is, will be. Meaning if we plant seeds for daisies, radishes, photinia, corn or bluegrass, we expect that plant to bear exactly the fruit of the seed that was planted.
Moses wrote, “God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: plants yielding seeds and trees on the land bearing fruit with seed in it, according to their kinds.” It was so. The land produced vegetation—plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:11-13)
Whatever the seed is… is what the reproduction of that seed will look like… the vegetable, or bush, grass or weed. From the beginning every plant, tree, grass and flower was made mature and able to ‘reproduce after it’s kind.’ In other words, what is, will be…again. If it isn’t, something has been done to modify, sabotage or make a freak out of the seed and the process. We simply can’t plant a radish seed and expect to get a lima bean. There are reasons this is so. (Continued)
“A tree is identified by its fruit. Figs are never gathered from thorn bushes, and grapes are not picked from bramble bushes.” Jesus
