BEING RESPONSIBLE
There are Key Concepts to Responsibility:
1. We are created to be responsible
2. We are happiest when we have responsibility
When we don’t take responsibility for our life:
Things will never be right between You and
Others and things will never be right between
You and You.
3. Responsible people don’t need much regulation
4. Our irresponsibility eventually becomes someone
else’s responsibility
5. The Principle that drives this: A person reaps what
they sow…later and greater.
There is a time to pray. And there is a time to take responsibility. Without taking responsibility…. Prayer can become more irresponsibility because we have not yet chosen to change. Responsibility: is my ability to respond. Responsible people do not believe they are powerless.
The truth that has the ability to set us free… usually offends us the most. It’s easier to look out the window than in the mirror. We begin with a simple question: “Am I taking responsibility for my life…seriously?” Love is in the warning. “Get out… the house is on fire.”
There is a time to pray. And there is a time to take responsibility. We are wise to sort this out.
“And when you pray, don’t be like those people who don’t know God. They continue saying things that mean nothing, thinking that God will hear them because of their many words. Don’t be like them, because your Father knows the things you need before you ask him.” Jesus
