MINT, DILL AND CUMIN I

In a dream 1 December 2021 I saw three common spice bottles like those in many kitchen cabinets. The Three Bottles were Mint, Dill and Cumin. As I looked carefully at the spices I heard the Lord ask, “What do you see?” I said, “I see Mint, Dill and Cumin spices.” Then I heard, “Check the teachings.” So I went to the familiar passages of scripture and I read:
Matthew 23:23
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint, dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the Law: Justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.”
And,
Luke 11:42
“But woe to you Pharisees! For you pay tithes of mint, rue (a strong smelling herb), and every kind of garden herb, and yet you ignore justice and the love of God; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.

I believe what I heard was that we are to learn to give in new ways. As in these verses… we don’t stop what we are doing, but there is a much greater understanding of giving.
