QUIETLY IMPRESSING

In things spiritual, loud seldom seems to impress or last. The quiet and constant faithfulness of a disciple of Jesus can cause great change. The quiet and constant voice of sincerity and compassion can give great comfort.

D.L. Moody (1837-1899) American evangelist and publisher once said:
“A holy life will make the deepest impression. Lighthouses blow no horns, they just shine.” 

Another famous quote from Moody: “Faith makes all things possible… Love makes all things easy.”
