BREAD, WINE AND PRESENCE

We eat the Bread to become the bread
We drink the Wine to become the wine

The Bread is the Body
The Wine is the Blood
The Body is Christ broken
The Blood is Christ poured out

The Bread and Wine bring us into the Presence
The Presence is the atmosphere of the Spirit
Now the Body is the church broken
Now the Blood is the church poured out

This atmosphere allows us the Power
To ‘Do this in remembrance of me.’
To become what we remember
To become the Incarnational Presence

Holy Spirit transforms every heart and mind
This prepares us to be broken
This prepares us to be poured out
And given away to others
