KEEP ON LEARNING

We keep on learning whether we think so or not. We are either learning good and solid, pure and usable, healthy and transferable things or we are learning negative and destructive and dead-end things… but we are always learning. When we stop learning we are dead.

John Stott (1921-2011) One does not need to be a teacher to be a learner. We learn either way…as a teacher or as a student or as a bozo. It is not if we learn…it is what we learn.

Paul, an apostle, wrote in 2 Timothy 3:7, “they are always learning and listening to anybody who will teach them, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (Amplified Version) It is not just learning but also coming to faith about what is truth and light in what we are learning.

“Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling!” (Book of Psalms 43:3)
