TWO CREATIONS #5

“So for anyone who is in Christ, there is a new creation: the old order is gone and a new being is there to see” (2 Corinthians 5:17). This new race sparkles like the stars, flows like the rivers, shines like the sun, and stands like the mountains and is as ordered and peaceful as the Shepherd who tends it. This creation is greater than the first because it is without time. We now continue into eternity without time and space and shall forever be in eternal life.

Jesus said, “I have come forth from the Father, and have come into this world; I am leaving this world again and going to the Father…. I have overcome the world” (John 16:28,33). He came to the earth he created and he returned to the Father and will return to earth again. Jesus has done his part, his creation. The rest is up to us, to begin our new life.

“Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. ‘Look, I am making the whole creation new. Write this, ‘What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true.’ Then He said to me, ‘It has already happened. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give water from the well of life free to anybody who is thirsty; anyone who proves victorious will inherit these things; and I will be his God and he will be my son” (The Revelation of Jesus Christ 21:5-7).
