BECOMING EVERYONE’S
If we remain fixed in our private and personal possessing only, we are self-centered and self-absorbed. We still belong only to ourselves and to our possessing. Both the normal and light and the illegal dark, are only for our own benefit. If the soul is not regenerated by the power of the Holy Spirit bringing life and light from the Father, we will forever remain focused on our little private and personal world.
Nothing is bigger than we are because we become the full size of all things without the presence of God. But the soul cries out for something bigger and this is the full cry of boredom: It is to be tired of our possessing and ourselves. The cry is from the soul because we want more. What we want is to possess God. When the soul is ‘born from above’ it is regenerated to possess the Holy Spirit in our internal self. Our hearts and minds are turned to the largeness of Jesus and His kingdom. We want to keep possessing, but now we are possessing new thoughts and ideas. We want the great pearl, the hidden treasure in the field, and the great net to catch fish of every kind. We want our eyes to possess new vision, our ears to hear the cry of the hurting and our hearts to respond in compassion. We want to possess the Kingdom and it’s King. This is the only way we become everyone’s.
“Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Jesus
