WORKING THINGS OUT
In a dream one time I heard, ‘If things don’t work out the way you thought… you must change the work… the way… or the thought, or all of them. To not do something different is to not eliminate the problem or issue and we should not expect any change. Wisdom is knowing what changes to make and then making them.’
Of course we can’t be right all the time, never making mistakes or bad judgments, wrong turns or goofy decisions. We can’t be Number one all the time. My friend Yancy Smith wrote, ‘‘You have to be odd to be Number One.” Odd indeed.
Working things out usually takes some working things out. Sometimes a lot… sometimes not so much.
“What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.” Jesus
