TO GIVE US HOPE

I thought that was pretty funny and then I began a quiet time of free thought and listening and the first thing I heard was the Lord saying, ‘I can hear what you are thinking.’ That kind of un-did me for a few minutes. Of course the Lord can hear what we are thinking, but that also gives me great hope. What gets a little twisted is when we are thinking certain things and not having it register with us that the Lord can hear every thought we have… twisted or not.

As we communicate with the Father, whether we think we are or not… we are. That is either a great comfort or we are dragging a sack full of shame, guilt and craziness. It is Jesus and his Kingdom that gives us hope. The Father loves to give us hope for that; he hears what we are thinking. He brings many little islands together.
