LONG RANGE PLANNING

We are encouraged by many to make long-range plans for our finances, retirement, investments, etc., and of course this is sound advice.
The Lord is also really into Long Range Planning. Look at these three “before the foundations of the world” verses for our consideration in Long Range Planning:
John 17:24
“Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.”

Ephesians 1:3-4
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him.”

1 Peter 1:20-21
“He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.”

So, there is a 1Year Plan, a 5 Year Plan, a 10 Year Plan and the Before the Foundation of the World Plan.

“But concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come.” Jesus
