ARK OF THE COVENANT I

In the night back on 7 March 2024 I heard this:
‘We are to be the very things that were in the Ark of the Covenant…’ I was familiar with what was in the Ark and so I needed to process this a little further.

“Now even the first covenant had regulations for worship and an earthly place of holiness. For a tent was prepared, the first section, in which were the lampstand and the table and the bread of the Presence. It is called the Holy Place. Behind the second curtain was a second section called the Most Holy Place, having the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden urn holding the manna, and Aaron’s staff that budded, and the tablets of the covenant.” (Hebrews 9:1-4)

So, inside the Ark of the Covenant was the manna, tablets of the covenant (Ten Commandments) and Aaron’s staff that budded. What I heard is that we need the same inside us.

Jesus said: “ I am the Manna that came down from heaven.” (John 6:48-58) The Tablets (The Law), Jesus said: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” (Matthew 5:17) And, Aaron’s staff (often called a rod), that budded.
