NEW NATURE

At times almost everyone desires to be new and different than they are currently. It is a new animation that brings us to a new life and a new nature. This is done by the Spirit (The Animator) giving us a new and distinct nature called Divine Nature. Divine Power transfers the Divine Nature to us. This new nature consists of faith, moral excellence, knowledge, self-control, patience, godliness, kindness and love. It’s a great nature because it is God’s nature. (2 Peter 1)

The animation (being brought to life) continues as the Spirit shapes our new nature with new traits (fruits) that are giving life on the interior of a person so we may be more fully framed into the image of God. These traits are love, joy, patience, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. (Galatians 5)

The new nature with its power and life is what all of us desire… even if we don’t know it.
